이렇게 띄어 쓰잖아요. '30여일' 이렇게 붙여 쓸 순 없나요?
아라비아 숫자는 의존 명사에 붙여 쓸 수 있다는데 30과 일 사이에 '-여'라는 접미사가 붙으면 한글이 나오는 거라서 안 되나요?

여기서 '여'와 '일'을 띄어 쓰는 건 뒤에 붙은 접미사가 기간을 나타내는 거라서 그런 건가요? 아니면 단순히 숫자 사이에 개입된 '-여' 때문에 그런 건가요? 즉 아라비아 숫자라도 중간에 한글이 개입하면 띄어쓰기를 못해서 저렇게만 가능한 건지 알고 싶네요. '30여 일', '30여일', '30여일간' 두 개가 가능한 건지 알고 싶습니다.

'30여 일'에는 '-여'가 쓰였으므로, "숫자와 어울리어 쓰이는 경우에는 (단위를 나타내는 명사를) 붙여 쓸 수 있다."라는 '한글 맞춤법' 제43항 다만 규정에 따라 적을 수 없습니다. 그러므로 '30여 일'과 같이 띄어쓰기합니다. 그리고 '30여 일' 뒤에 접사 '-간'을 쓰면 '30여 일간'과 같이 적게 됩니다.
