건축법 제72조 및 동법 시행령 제118조 제1항 제8호의 규정에 의하여 높이 8미터(위험방지를 위한 난간의 높이 제외)이하의 기계식주차장 및 철골조립식 주차장(바닥면이 조립식이 아닌 것을 포함)으로서 외벽이 없는 것은 공작물에 해당하는 것으로, 귀 문의의 조립식 주차장의 규모·형태·구조 등이 위 기준 및 기타 관계법령에 적합한 경우에는 공작물축조신고를 하고 축조할 수 있습니다.
