이번에 지방 공무원에 최종합격 하였습니다.

부모님 병간호를 위해 휴직을 신청할 수 있는 것은 알고 있지만,
신규직원인 저로서는 발령을 받자 마자 휴직을 신청한다는 것도 곤란하고,
이는 해당 부서에도 도리가 아니라고 생각합니다.

따라서, 저는 부모님의 병간호를 사유로,
일정기간 동안 임용 유예했으면 합니다.

저의 경우가 임용유예 사유 중 "기타 부득이한 사유"에 해당되어
임용 유예가 가능한지 알고 싶습니다.

지방공무원임용령 제13조의2(임용 및 임용 추천의 유예) 제1항에 임용유예 사유로
1. 학업의 계속,  2. 6개월 이상의 장기 요양이 필요한 질병이 있는 경우 3. 임신하거나 출산한 경우 
4. 그 밖에 부득이하다고 인정되는 경우에 해당될 경우 임용이나 임용 추천을 미룰 수 있다고 규정하고 있습니다.

따라서, 선생님의 사안은 <각호 4. 그밖에 부득이하다고 인정되는 경우에 해당되는 지 여부>를 
소속 자치단체에서 판단하여야 하는 바, 부득이함을 입증할 수 있는 자료를  임용 예정 자치단체로 제출하고 
<부모님 병간호의 필요성을 적극적으로 소명>하시기 바랍니다.
